About Trinity Properties

Founded in 1988, Trinity Properties is a boutique real estate company offering a full range of services: from sales and property management, to the marketing of vacation rental homes. A number of the homes managed by Trinity Properties are rented as vacation rentals and include simple beach homes to elegant, multi-million dollar estates. Our clientele includes leaders of foreign governments, heads of major Hawaii based businesses, high profile entertainment figures, as well as vacationing families from all over the world. A member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Better Business Bureau, and the Hawaii Visitor and Convention Bureau, Trinity Properties continually strives to maintain our sterling reputation and business integrity.

Ann "Annie" Kwock, R has been with Trinity Properties since its inception in 1988 and is our fearless leader, President and Principal Broker. In addition to high-end sales, she has developed the property management and vacation rental division to service the needs of absentee owners. Annie's focus is on developing new property management clients and real estate sales at all levels.
Julie Mercer, R joined Trinity Properties in 1990 and is our ever reliable and meticulous Bookkeeping Head. Julie's diverse talents include selling real estate at all levels, managing select properties for absentee owners, and providing bookkeeping services. She has also functioned as the point person in the development and construction of three beachfront and oceanfront properties for major clients.
Chris Mercer, RA joined Trinity Properties in 1991 as a Sales Agent. Chris offers a diverse background in sales and customer service and offers his clients a standard of excellence unsurpassed in any industry. He maintains long relationships with clients who appreciate his in-depth knowledge of both the rental and sales markets.
Claudia Evenschor, RA joined Trinity Properties in 2004 and is our Director of Estate Management and brings with her twenty years of experience in client service, travel agency and vacation rentals. Originally from Germany, Claudia adds the Continental touch to our team and keeps us running smoothly with her passion for excellence. Her focus is primarily on property management issues as well as maintaining a flow of communication between homeowner and office.
Lori Tolentino joined Trinity Properties in 2006 and is our always dependable Assistant Bookkeeper. Her background includes group reservations with Hawaiian Airlines, travel agency sales and, more recently, as administrative assistant to a Hawaiian contracting company.
Meredith Kwock joined Trinity Properties is 2008 as our incredible go-to Administrative Assistant, helping the company meet the demands of the transforming market landscape. Her background in real estate has been as a quiet observer of her mother's business since 1988.
Mary Jane Feldberg, RA joined Trinity Properties in 2009 as our South Shore Property Manager. Mary Jane brings with her over 10 years experience as a property manager in Washington State. She is also a licensed realtor with over 5 years experience and has earned her GRI and my ABR designations. She understands the challenges of property management and strives for overall excellence in her service.
